UZH Leadership Circle

The UZH Leadership Circle allows you to explore challenging leadership situations. Based on actual cases from your own leadership experience, you will work with a small group to develop solutions and identify specific action strategies. These are complemented by inputs from experts and, if required, deepened by means of individual coaching.

• You are a member of the University of Zurich and work in a management position (with disciplinary staff responsibility)
• You are willing to reflect on your own leadership behavior and advise your peers in a confidential setting 
• Full attendance is necessary

Leaders and managers at UZH

• You will receive input on your challenging leadership situations and develop specific approaches to solving them
• You will strengthen your leadership skills and learn how to lead more effectively
• You will network with colleagues from different organizational units of the UZH

• “Collegial peer coaching" method and variants thereof
• Individual coaching (optional)

• The course will be conducted with 8-10 participants
• The various sequences take place at different locations on the premises of the UZH
